We would like to bring to the attention of all of you present here, this testimony of us.

We still remember once Br. Alfred did a preaching regarding the high rents here in the UAE with an example of an advertisement of a financial company or a bank in the gulf news saying “Heavily crushed with the high rents with a picture of a big foot of an elephant”. After the preaching Br Alfred said that no matter the rents are getting higher and higher but don’t worry, you leave it up to Jesus Christ and he will solve all your problems.

Our annual contract agreement finishes in this month, i.e. March 07, Since this month arrived, we were so worried thinking that the Real Estate Agents definitely are going to increase our rent this time like others. And on the other hand we were also worried that the amount of our third installment of the year out of four (Oct/nov/dec) was still lying in the ATM machine, which they still didn’t withdraw. Now as we said earlier, the month March arrived which is the ending of our fourth installment (Jan/feb/march) and still they did not withdraw also this amount. We got more worried thinking that they intended to increase our rent and thus not withdraw these two cheques. With lots of worries we went to the real estate office because anyhow by hook or by crook we had to go for renewal. Of course as usual our rent is increased this year also, this year we have three installments, second and third installment by two postdated cheques and first installment by cash. But by the grace of almighty God and Jesus Christ, they did not say even a single word about those two cheques for which our money are still in our ATM machine, for the first cheque six months are over from the date of issue and that cheque is void now and for the second cheque which is the forth and the last installment, three months are still there but we are very confident that Jesus Christ will make this cheque also void like the previous one.

Our dear brothers and sisters in our life we are having so many problems or difficulties like this, but we should devout them to Jesus Christ and as Br Alfred says Jesus Christ will solve our problems.

Since June 06 we have been attending the Divine Mercy Prayer Group every week without fail. Jesus has showered us with abundant blessings.
